Today my friend Crystal threw me an AWESOME baby shower!!

Everyone had to "estimate" how long a string needed to be to fit around my belly - Katie was dead on! She rocks :)

We had to use our sculpting talents to create a baby out of play-dough. Not bad huh?

And to please me, Crystal put rubber duckies in the blue punch

30 Weeks

Yup...this is me...30 weeks pregnant. Crazy huh? :)

Time

Have any of you glanced over at that little timer counting down the days until our baby comes? Do any of you think it suddenly has gotten VERY slow? Possibly even STOPPED?

Oh how it would be to run...

jump...

skip...

climb a tree...

I would even take something as simple as bending over

Besides those actions that I regretfully ignored as a blessing...I think the timer seems slower because I'm just SO excited to see our baby and to be a Mom :)

We ate a delicious meal of green eggs and ham (bacon) tonight in honor of our favorite childhood author.

Good times

Last weekend we stayed with some friends in their cabin - this was our room.

James and his friend went ice fishing and this is his fishin' outfit.

This past week at our child birth class we won 5 diapers for answering review questions (we TOTALLY rock!)
And then this weekend some of my all time favorite people came to stay with us. Yes, these two girls are them...I love them.

Our apartment is very small so my cousin and her husband slept on a blow up mattress in our living room. Megan slept on the couch :)
Oh and we all hopped into my cobalt and went on a mad dash to a Dairy Queen for delicious ice cream cake. Yes, we did eat it all!
